Following the 9pm Little Nyonya show, Dad suggested dining at Ellenborough Market Cafe at Merchant Court for the buffet which included Peranakan dishes.

It was a last minute decision to fix it on a Saturday for lunch.

There were dishes such as Babi Ponteh, Ayam dont know what and Nyonya kuehs but I forgot to snap a picture. Lol.
Sharks' fin w. crabmeat soup as well.

And a whole lot of deserts to choose from.

Still, I think this is nowhere near to the dinner buffet at Raffles Hotel.

While we were on our way home, we took some super unglam photoxzxz.

Yes I look like your typical haggard auntie from the market. Kekexzxzxz.

Dinner was at IVINS at Bt Timah, Peranakan Restaurant.

So literally for the whole day I had Peranakan dishes.

But the dishes whipped up at IVINS tasted much better than the buffet style Peranankan dishes at Ellenborough.

Now let me introduce you to a restaurant that serves very good Ayam Penyet.

It's actually located at Lucky Plaza Lvl 1, just beside an Indian restaurant, near a shop by the name of Moo Moo Cow, or something like that.

It was my 2nd time there on Fri and it's still as delicious.

Guaranteed Satisfaction.

Here's the cheapest salon I've ever come across.

It's called Snip Avenue, just in case you can't see the signboard.

Haircuts for all lengths are at $3.80 NETT.

Where in the world can you get a haircut at such a low rate?!

But I've never gotten a haircut from here and I doubt I will.

Too afraid to have ugly hairstyles. Haha.

But they guarantee that their stylists are certified professions though.

Haven't even thought of my new years' resolution.

Cos just the other day in the cab, the driver was talking about how he earns 200 bucks a week and yet, he is content.
He shared about how he use the money earned to bring his family out for tze chzr, which, to him, is considered very good food already.
He continued about how he made a wrong turn while fetching a passenger and got chided "Eh Uncle why you turn this way" , he apologised, and restart the meter.
Eventually, the price was $6.7o and the passenger handed him 7 bucks and said "Uncle, you take this $7".
It's like, if the passenger had not blown his top, at least he will feel that the ride is just a transaction between the 2 parties and no hard feelings are involved.

Went to Vivo first to get that bitchy ball's present before meeting her at IKEA.

The birthday girl chose this great place. Hurhur.

Jolene was there as well & she retold her story to me.

I think she repeated the story like 10 million times lor! Lol.

She left shortly after, leaving ball and I there.

Famished, we went to get our food first cos JH would be quite late.

Then this woman like to gei gao money matters and returned me money for the food when she had like all coins left.

So just as she went to take straws, I opened her wallet, wanting to put the money back in and TADA! She didn't zip the coin pocket and all her stupid coins and her stupid Singtel sim card fell into my plate of meatballs =.="'

So we took the coins out and I still had to eat the meatballs cos it was too embarrasing to ask for another set, considering that the auntie I knew gave me more sauce. xP

While eating, the spastic her decided that retarded unglam pictures should be taken.

This wouldn't scare anyone on Halloween. Haha.
